DELIVERY Policy

The following is the delivery policy of Eat Good Spain (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company"), applicable to customers purchasing through our website (www.eatgoodspain.com). This policy governs delivery conditions, fees, restrictions, and related responsibilities. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and changes will be published on this page. Please review it regularly. By purchasing products through this website, you agree to accept this policy.

 

For single orders with a total purchase amount of HK$480 or above (calculated after discounts and/or the use of electronic coupons or promotional codes), free delivery service is provided. Otherwise, a delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged. Product prices are as displayed on the date of order placement.
 

Goods will be arranged for delivery within 1-3 working days after order confirmation and completion of payment.
 

Delivery service is limited to industrial, commercial, and residential areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery service is not available to remote areas or outlying islands (including Ma Wan, the Airport, Discovery Bay, etc.).
 

Delivery service will not be provided on public holidays, Sundays, during the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning, or in weather conditions deemed unsafe for delivery by us.
 

Delivery service is not applicable to locations where delivery vehicles cannot directly access or to buildings without operational elevators reaching the delivery floor. In case of elevator malfunction or absence of an elevator, customers are required to collect goods at the ground level.
 

When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery schedules may be delayed. The Company will contact customers to reschedule delivery dates.
 

We will only deliver goods to the address specified in the registration form (unless you have provided specific instructions to leave the goods outside the door, in which case you bear the risk of such delivery). You must ensure that an authorized person, aged 16 or above, is present at the specified delivery address and time to receive the goods and make payment. If no such person is present, we will withdraw the delivery and attempt redelivery at another agreed time. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees.
 

If the recipient fails to collect the ordered goods at the agreed time, the Company reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees to the customer.
 

Upon delivery of the purchased goods to you, you will become the owner of the goods. Once delivered, you will bear the risk of holding the goods, and we will not be responsible for their loss or damage. Please inspect and store them promptly.
 

Upon receiving the goods, you must check for any damage. If any goods are found to be damaged, please immediately contact us via the "Contact Us" email or WhatsApp on our website to arrange for a replacement. The Company reserves the right to refuse replacement of goods that have been signed for. Due to the nature of food products, inspection for damage is particularly important.
 

Any changes to the above terms are subject to change without prior notice.
 

In case of any disputes, we reserve the final decision and interpretation rights.
